There seems to be a lot less variety of moves in this app vs the regular app. It has a lot of the same benefits of the regular app, although there are some things that could use improvement in my opinion. I love the regular down dog app and was thrilled to see them rolls out a prenatal version. Not as good as regular Down Dog app, but some nice features

You’ll love it! I’m definitely going to keep this past the trial period, it’s well worth it. It’s a great product, they clearly care about the people using it, and it’s definitely designed with real peoples use in mind with all of the customization. short version is I’m just so grateful for this app and the people behind it. Good ol pandemic time threw a couple curve balls my way and I reached out to them for support.

It keeps me super engaged and I really look forward to working out. I haven’t downloaded any particular workouts to repeat but that seems to be an option, I particularly enjoy that there’s a new practice for me each time I log in.

Finally got to this one and I seriously love the app so much! The workouts are highly customizable for your experience, desired intensity, music choice, workout length, etc etc. I’ve been burning through “free trials” on a ton of apps during my pregnancy tbh.
